Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a return request. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
unused,
in their original packaging,
in the same condition as when they were delivered.
For products where hygiene is important, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
Damage Caused by Use
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
improper use,
negligence,
improper handling.
Under this return policy, only manufacturing defects are recognised.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as:
underwear,
women's lingerie,
other hygienically sealed products once the packaging has been opened.

Please include:
your order number,
the reason for the return,
a photo of the product (in case of damage),
your contact details.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days and the amount will be returned to your original payment method.
