Cancellation Policy

At Jack & Lily Dublin, we understand there may be situations where you need to cancel your order shortly after placing it. Our goal is to handle your request as quickly as possible while ensuring smooth order processing.

Order Cancellation Window

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of completing your purchase.

During this time, the order has usually not yet entered processing, so cancellation is possible.

Orders in Processing

After 12 hours have passed, your order may already be:

• processed,

• packed,

• ready for dispatch,

• shipped or handed over to the courier.

Once an order reaches any of these stages, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.

In that case, we ask you to wait for the parcel to arrive and then request a return in accordance with our return policy.
